    Zerios Conformal Coating is a single component, non-conductive, transparent coating for printed circuit boards (PCB) and related solid-state circuitry. Zerios Conformal Coating chemically inhibits corrosion while providing a barrier to moisture, dust and fungi. It can be used on production lines as well as isolated field applications such as radios, switchgear circuits, and relay boxes and can be used to maintain 109 Ohms resistance in both point-to-point and/or point-to-ground tests.

  • Funksjon:

    Zerios Conformal Coating employs an easily detectable UV dye that glows under black light (365 nm) to visually verify thorough coverage of all areas. RoHS compliant.

    Regulatory Compliance: Toluene-free and compatible with most circuit board stock (test plastic components before use)

    Safety and Handling: FLAMMABLE: Do not use around flames or other ignition sources. Use in well ventilated areas. Store containers in dry, well ventilated area from 50-100F and away from direct sunlight. Consult Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for further information.

  • Applikasjon:

    Shake can for two minutes after metal ball within begins to rattle. Repeat periodically throughout use. Spray 8 - 12” from surface in an even sweeping motion, overlap successive passes and release button at the end of each stroke. Avoid drips and runs by applying in multiple coats rather than one heavy coat. Clear spray tip after use, by holding can upside down and spraying until only gas is expelled.

    - Apply at 45°- 90°F., < 85% relative humidity and at a dew point spread >5°F.

    - Volume Solids: Aerosol 13% / Bulk 53%

    - Dry to touch: 5 minutes

    - Dry to recoat: 10 minutes

    - Dry to handle: 1 hour

    - Full cure: 4 hours

    - Theoretical coverage: 20 Ft2 / 12 oz. can

    - Electrical resistance: >10 Ohms (50% RH)

    - Salt Fog (ASTM B117): 100+ hours
