    Zerust®/Excor® Axxatec™ 87-M is compatible with other metals such as aluminum, copper, brass, galvanized and nickel alloys, etc. Zerust® VCI molecules migrate to provide protection on hard to reach void spaces of tanks, packages, enclosures and to be sealed while the product is wet. The rust preventative forms a thin coating that is safe for use on most painted surfaces.

    Use Axxatec™ 87-M for corrosion protection during assembly, shipping and storage. The product comes ready to use and can be applied by fogging or pressurized spray. It is ideal for fogging into complex machine assemblies or packages that contain components with voids and chambers. To gain the benefit of the VCI, use in a tightly sealed foggable enclosure or void. The product provides one year protection in plain packaging and up to 5 years in hermetically sealed spaces or Zerust®/Excor® VCI packaging. clean gloves without lint or talc are recommended to keep metals free of corrosion and contaminants.

  • Oppbevaring:
    Store in tightly closed container to preserve VCI. Do not freeze. May separate when frozen. If frozen, allow to thaw and mix thoroughly. Store in a cool (32 to 85°F / 0 to 30°C), dry place and away from sunlight in original packaging for up to 2 years from the date of shipment.
