GENERAL
Twin 110 BBL (2 x 55BBL Tanks) Hydraulic Driven Batch Mixer suitable for operation in a Zone 2 hazardous environment when operated with a suitably rated and certified HPU. Unit c/w hydraulic driven agitation paddles installed within each tank, jet mixing and recirculating lines, pneumatically actuated butterfly valves installed in suction and drain lines, intended for mixing of cement slurries with a max fluid density of 1.98 SG (16.5 PPG) & fluid blending operations.
HYDRAULICS
• 210 bar max supply pressure
• 100 lpm max flow rate required to operate both agitators
• Agitator(s) speed 0 - 85 rpm(Recommended)
• Bulkhead c/w ISO ‘A’ type quick connects installed i.e.: 1” supply, 1,¼” return, ¼” drainand crowsfoot air connection
• Single HPU supply flows through a 50/50 flow divider allowing for even split of hydraulic flow to each agitation control.
• Variable speed control of agitation via panel mounted pressure compensated flow regulated ‘bypass’ style valves.
• 1 x 1” QD female Hydraulic supply
• 1 x 1”1/4 QD male Hydraulic return
• 1 x ¼” QD female Hydraulic Drain
• 1 x ¼ QD male ESD Connection
• 1 x 1” cross foot air supply
AUXILLARY SUPPLIES: HYD. POWER PACK & AIR.
Appropriate hydraulic power pack to be utilised to supply required hydraulic oil supply ensuring suitably rated and certified to meet with batch mixer hazardous area Zone 2 rating. Clean and dry instrument air supply required max pressure 10 bar.

LOCAL CONTROL PANEL
Engraved Stainless Steel Control panel located on the unit giving central control for agitation and suction / drain valves and visual display of agitation hydraulic pressure etc.
SAFETY
• Full access stairway and barrier / handrail system to enable safe operation and maintenance at height.
• Sample points situated at an ergonomic position for operator comfort.
• Butterfly Valves pneumatically operated for ease of operation where access is limited withmanual valves positioned where access is available.
• Hose connections located at ground level for manual handling ease when rigging up.
