Responsibilities
-Verify technical drawings and ensure all necessary materials are ordered.
-Develop effective and safe installation methods and sequences.
-Prepare detailed work packages for offshore installation activities.
-Provide input for planning and time estimation of installation tasks.
-Ensure a strong focus on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) in all work preparations.
-Collaborate with teams to optimize installation processes.

Required expertise
-Trade certificate in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Telecom (EIT); relevant experience can compensate.
-Extensive work experience from onshore and/or offshore projects.
-Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and work descriptions.
-Experience in preparing work packages and familiarity with construction methods.
-Strong commitment to HSE standards and regulations.
-Excellent communication, collaboration, and computer skills.
-Ability to undertake occasional offshore trips as required.
-Valid Offshore and Health certificates, a basic EX course, and an FSE course (high/low voltage with first aid).
Language: Norwegian and English
Location: Haugesund
Work schedule: Full-time
Duration: Assignment from November 2025 to July 2026
