-Understand the full drilling workflow, from planning to execution.
-Translate operational knowledge into high-quality data practices.
-Identify, challenge, and resolve irregularities or inconsistencies in drilling data.
-Connect domain expertise with data management disciplines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
-Collaborate with drilling engineers, real-time operations, service companies, and digital teams.
-Ensure data is accurate, accessible, and valuable for decision-making.

Required expertise
-Solid drilling background, ideally with experience from offshore operations or a real-time operations center.
-Hands-on understanding of drilling operations, rig processes, and well construction.
-Proven ability to interpret and validate real-time and historical drilling data.
-Strong attention to detail with a structured approach to data quality, lifecycle management, and documentation.
-A passion for continuous improvement and leveraging data for safer, more efficient wells.
