Responsibilities
-Perform structural analyses, provide design support to structural engineers, and conduct calculations and checks of main, secondary, and equipment steel.
-Prepare and perform discipline checks on calculation reports.
-Contribute to studies, implementation projects, and maintenance projects.

Required expertise
-Master's or Bachelor's degree in a structural engineering field.
-Solid experience with the analysis of main steel structures.
-Documented experience with global analyses from the energy sector or building-related industries.
-Strong understanding of both structural design and structural analysis principles.
-Proficiency with analysis tools such as Sesam GeniE, STAAD.Pro, Abaqus, and MathCAD.
-In-depth knowledge of relevant standards, including NORSOK, Eurocode, and DNV.
-Familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
-Experience with offshore surveys.
-Valid offshore certificate and health certificate.
Language: Norwegian and English
Location: Bergen, Norway. Offshore travel is required.
