Responsibilities
-Act as the System Responsible Engineer for electrical systems, including HV, LV, UPS, and Heat Trace.
-Plan, execute, and supervise all completion and commissioning activities for designated systems.
-Contribute to the preparation phase by reviewing and verifying documentation and drawings.
-Estimate and plan the commissioning scope for both onshore and offshore work.
-Develop, review, and implement commissioning procedures with a high focus on HSSE.
-Coordinate with various departments and disciplines to ensure efficient execution.
-Manage progress updates within the project completion system (PIMS).
-Participate in MC punch-outs, Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), and discipline rounds.
-Ensure a smooth transition from the project phase to operations.

Required expertise
-BSc or MSc in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
-A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably from the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
-Proven experience from NORSOK projects is essential.
-Strong knowledge of system-based commissioning, specifically with HV, LV, and UPS systems.
-Familiarity with project completion systems; experience with PIMS is an advantage.
-Demonstrated ability to lead a team of commissioning engineers and technicians.
-Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Location: Stord, Norway (offshore work is required)
