Responsibilities
-Perform and control completion and commissioning activities for electrical systems.
-Act as the Leader for Safety (FSE) for work on and near High Voltage (HV) apparatus.
-Establish and maintain safe working routines during the execution of construction and commissioning.
-Review and create commissioning procedures for dedicated systems.
-Lead commissioning activities through all phases for the safe and efficient execution of electrical systems.
-Participate in Mechanical Completion (MC) verification to obtain 'Ready for Commissioning' status.
-Follow up on punch work, punch list documentation, and clearance.
-Ensure that 'as-built' documentation is updated with any changes identified during commissioning.
-Identify and follow up on risks and opportunities related to construction and commissioning activities.

Required expertise
-University degree or equivalent qualification.
-Proven experience from oil and gas projects.
-Extensive knowledge of Norwegian electrical safety regulations (FEF & FSE).
-In-depth knowledge of relevant governing documentation.
-Well-developed teambuilding, cooperation, and communication abilities.
-Ability to handle responsibility and periodically high workloads.
-A result-oriented and safety-focused mindset.
Language: English
Location: Årskog or Børdalen, Norway, with offshore work required
Work schedule: Rotational (13 days on / 15 days off)
Duration: Temporary assignment from December 2025 to June 2026
