Responsibilities

-Perform and further develop threat, risk, and vulnerability analyses.
-Develop robust and targeted security plans, measures, and recommendations based on identified threats.
-Participate in projects involving new construction, rebuilding, or operational changes.
-Ensure buildings, offices, and industrial installations are planned and operated according to current physical security standards.
-Follow up with suppliers, projects, and contracts to ensure compliance with company requirements for physical security.
-Assist with security design in new projects, modifications, or risk changes.
-Contribute to incident management, vulnerability assessments, and improvement activities.
-Work cross-functionally to ensure a holistic understanding of security, including physical, digital, personnel, and process aspects.


Required expertise

-Relevant higher education or equivalent experience in physical security, security risk analysis, or emergency preparedness.
-Strong knowledge of industry standards and norms for physical security (e.g., NS 5830-5834).
-Good understanding of the interplay between people, technology, and organization.
-Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
-Experience with access control, perimeter security, camera surveillance, and alarm systems is advantageous.
-Fluency in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.

Work schedule: Full-time
Duration: Temporary assignment from March 2026 to September 2026
