Responsibilities
-Oversee internal and external project cost status reporting.
-Ensure accurate and consistent cost tracking across the project portfolio.
-Manage accruals, forecasts, cash flow inputs, and invoice handling.
-Develop and maintain the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
-Handle project changes with cost impact and contribute to baseline updates.
-Identify, analyze, and track cost changes versus sanctioned budgets.
-Correlate cost data with schedules and productivity, investigate variances, and propose mitigating actions.
-Provide general Project Management support.
