Responsibilities
-Ensure the technical integrity of surface and insulation on assets is effectively planned, managed, and executed according to time and cost, aiming for safe operations and optimal production.
-Coordinate Insulation, Scaffolding, and Surface (ISO) activities and ensure the efficient use of resources.
-Improve digital tools and frameworks related to the discipline.
-Support maintenance and project teams with your expertise in ISO-related subjects.
-Prepare for the handover from the project organization to the operations team, ensuring quality and involvement.
-Implement necessary measures to establish new work methods.
-Develop detailed knowledge within the discipline, which may include shipyard visits.
-Prepare budgets according to established management models.

Required expertise
-Master's or Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant discipline, such as Materials or Chemistry.
-Alternatively, a relevant trade certificate with extensive, documented experience in planning and managing ISO activities.
-A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
-Willingness and ability to travel as required by the position.

Duration: An assignment from May 2026 to December 2028.
-Alternatively, a relevant trade certificate with extensive, documented experience in planning and managing ISO activities.
-A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
