Area of responsibility Project Manager:
-Project Manager for company projects who follows he Stage Gate Process for typical
-hydrocarbon projects
-Facilitate a creative environment with high interaction - to ensure that all options and
-potential concepts are defined and developed
-Ensure successful execution and integration of the overall Project in the Concept
-Development phase (integrator of all deliverables from Facilities, D&W, Operations,
-Reservoir, Commercial etc.) and potentially also post DG2
-Ensure Project performance (Concept identification/ evaluation/screening, project execution, HSE, quality, schedule, cost, reporting, risk management) and overall deliveries of a Project
-Stakeholder management and communication to stakeholders
-Contribute to further development and improvement of Aker BP processes and procedures
which have a solid experience on working on oil and gas projects in the stages from pre DG0 to DG2.

Required expertise
-Minimum 10 years of experience from working on hydrocarbon projects
-Experience in working in the stages from pre DG0 to Concept Select and strong knowledge on the stages post DG2
-Master of Science or MBA
-Previous experience as Project Manager/Group Leader (or similar) with a proven track record for delivering results and managing groups of multi discipline team members
-Demonstrated ability to drive improvement and seek new solutions
Location: Oslo, Stavanger or Trondheim
Travelling must be expected.
