Responsibilities
-Define methods and create work packages for the mechanical discipline.
-Detail tasks within work packages to ensure safe and efficient execution.
-Provide input for project plans and schedules.
-Extract necessary documentation, including plot plans and 3D models.
-Prepare comprehensive work packages with descriptions in Norwegian.
-Collaborate effectively within a team and actively engage with other project departments.

Required expertise
-A trade certificate in a mechanical field.
-Proven construction experience from offshore and/or onshore projects.
-Experience from an industrial setting working with predefined work packages.
-A proactive and collaborative team-oriented mindset.
-Strong computer skills.
-Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
Language: Norwegian and English
Location: Stavanger, Norway
Work schedule: Full-time
Duration: Fixed-term assignment from January 2026 to December 2026
