Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain the hook-up execution strategy, including philosophy, method statements, and detailed plans.
-Lead offshore hook-up activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
-Plan and manage human resources, including rotation schedules.
-Implement a zero-incident philosophy and adhere to barrier management principles.
-Ensure readiness during the engineering and fabrication phases to minimize the offshore work scope.
-Coordinate all tools, equipment, and materials for offshore mobilization.
-Liaise with engineering, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure project alignment.
-Report progress, risks, and mitigation measures to the project management team.

Required expertise
-Proven experience in offshore hook-up within oil & gas projects.
-Strong knowledge of constructability, logistics, and SIMOPS planning.
-Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in high-activity phases.
-Familiarity with corporate management systems, HSSE standards, and alliance project execution models is preferable.

Duration: Fixed-term assignment from 15/12/2025 to 31/12/2026
