Responsibilities
-Follow up on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) in the field.
-Proactively and systematically work with preventive HSE measures.
-Participate in risk assessments, Safe Job Analyses, pre-job talks, safety rounds, and HSE meetings.
-Report to the HSE lead during audit shutdowns.
-Collaborate with the project's safety delegate service.
-Motivate personnel to contribute to preventive HSE work, such as reporting observations and handling incidents.

Required expertise
-Relevant experience from petroleum-related, renewable energy, or construction projects.
-Education in HSE is desirable, but relevant experience can compensate for formal qualifications.
-Strong collaboration skills.
-A valid EX awareness course certificate is required.
-Proficiency in both Norwegian and English is essential.
Language: Norwegian and English
Location: Bergen, Norway (includes offshore work)
Work schedule: 14/21 rotation, day shift
Duration: Temporary assignment from March 2026 to May 2026
