Responsibilities
-Act as a key driver for HSE work in the field, collaborating with suppliers and operational teams.
-Conduct daily documented rounds in the facility to integrate HSE into daily work routines.
-Participate in morning and afternoon meetings with supplier HSE resources to ensure a unified approach.
-Ensure that all HSE requirements are communicated and adhered to.
-Participate in Toolbox Talks (TBT) and conduct on-site training.
-Prepare weekly TBT information on identified risk areas in cooperation with suppliers.
-Promote a "check and act" culture and serve as a positive safety coach.
-Follow up on the implementation of HSE initiatives and participate in and organize inspection rounds.
-Drive efforts to prevent falling objects, including ice and snow.

Required expertise
-Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
-Actively drive SSU work in the field in collaboration with suppliers and operations.
-Conduct daily documented site walks to ensure HSE becomes a natural and integrated part of the work.
-Hold morning and afternoon meetings with suppliers HSE resources to ensure an aligned approach.
-Ensure that HSE requirements are communicated and complied with.
-Participate in Toolbox Talks (TBT) and provide field training.
-Prepare weekly TBT information related to agreed risk areas in collaboration with suppliers.
-Promote a strong check and act culture.
-Follow up on SSU measures in work permits (AT) to ensure compliance.
-Participate in and organize inspection rounds.
-Contribute actively in daily toolbox/board meetings.
-Lead efforts to prevent dropped objects, including ice and snow hazards
