Responsibilities
-Plan, manage, and coordinate system integration testing activities across process systems and subsea infrastructure.
-Provide leadership and direction for all field integration testing, marine assistance, and related risk management.
-Ensure project completion and commissioning requirements are implemented safely and efficiently.
-Accountable for the safe and efficient handover of integrated systems to the operations team.
-Manage contractors and other resources providing services for field commissioning.
-Contribute to the preparation of project forecasts, schedules, and cost estimates associated with the field integration scope.
-Advise on the overall completion strategy and planning, ensuring field integration aspects are fully considered.
-Provide clear leadership and direction to relevant disciplines, maintaining a high focus on health, safety, and the environment.

Required expertise
-Bachelor's degree (BSc.) in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
-Demonstrable experience from a relevant field integration role.
-Experience from an operational environment is considered a great benefit.
