Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain detailed work orders, including man-hour estimates, drawings, procedures, and material lists.
-Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure all prerequisites are met.
-Review the safety aspects of all planned work, identify risks, and ensure compliance with HSSE requirements.
-Identify opportunities to optimize work preparation processes and contribute to lessons learned.

Required expertise
-Technical education (vocational or engineering degree) with a relevant trade certificate or equivalent experience.
-A minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil & gas industry or a related field, preferably within construction or commissioning.
-Familiarity with mechanical and commissioning completion processes and related digital tools (e.g., PIMS).
-Strong ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including drawings like P&IDs and ISOs.
Language: Fluent in Norwegian and a good command of English (both written and spoken) are required.
Location: Stord, Norway. Some offshore work is required.
Work schedule: Full-time
Duration: Assignment from February 2, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
