We are seeking a proactive and strategic Contract Lead to manage procurement activities and secure optimal commercial agreements. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire contract lifecycle, from establishment to management, ensuring value and compliance.
Responsibilities
* Lead the establishment of new contracts.
* Manage the complete enquiry process, including strategy, evaluation, and negotiation.
* Serve as the commercial leader during tender processes.
* Implement and operationalize new agreements.
* Manage the contract portfolio and ensure compliance.
* Shape global contract strategies in collaboration with business lines.
* Identify and manage commercial, financial, and operational risks.
* Facilitate strategic workshops and manage stakeholder relationships.
* Contribute to the correct and optimal use of established agreements.

Required expertise
* Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.

* A high level of professional and personal integrity.
Language Requirements: English and Norwegian
