Responsibilities
-Assist the Commissioning Lead in planning, preparing, and performing activities related to project completion through all phases.
-Act as the completion focal point for intervention and D&W activities, including equipment delivery, scoping, inspection, and testing.
-Plan and execute the offshore hook-up and commissioning of Wellhead and XMTs.
-Manage contractors and suppliers providing services and equipment for XMT, WHCP, and HPU system commissioning.
-Ensure participation in topside equipment testing programs (e.g., EFAT, FAT) at supplier locations.
-Provide guidance on Hook-Up and Commissioning SIMOPS in the well bay area.
-Monitor the mechanical completion and testing of D&W CPIs.
-Contribute to project forecasts, schedules, and cost estimates for the commissioning scope.
-Ensure a smooth and safe handover of plant and equipment to the operations team.

Required expertise
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
-Significant experience in project completion and commissioning within the energy or offshore industry.
-Strong technical knowledge of XMT, Wellhead, WHCP, HPU, and downhole equipment.
-Proven experience with planning and executing offshore hook-up and commissioning.
-Experience managing contractors and coordinating with suppliers.
-Familiarity with commissioning certification and handover processes.
-Operational experience is considered a significant advantage.
-Willingness and ability to travel and work offshore.
Language: English
Location: Stavanger, Norway, with regular travel to Bergen, Stord, and offshore installations.
Work schedule: Full-time
Duration: Fixed-term assignment from February 2026 to December 2027.
