Our client looking for a Subcontract Coordinator to join their Field Development organization and support their expanding oil & gas project portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, ensuringcontract compliance, mitigating risks, and optimizing subcontractor performance throughout project execution.
Responsibilities
-Coordinate relationships with subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project requirements and establishing clear communication.
-Provide subcontract-related support and advisory services to project management and other functions.
-Conduct Subcontract Awareness sessions.
-Identify opportunities to optimize subcontractor utilization within projects.
-Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and administration of subcontract amendments and variations (VO/VOR).
-Seek legal advice when necessary to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Required expertise
-Bachelor Degree or Master in engineering, business administration or legal.
-Possess strong communication skills.
-Demonstrate a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
-Work systematically, with accuracy and independence.
-Commit to meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
-Take a proactive approach, seeking guidance when needed and sharing knowledge with others.
