In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding what the solution should deliver in terms of value, to whom, and how.
We are looking for a candidate with a broad spectrum of skills, who can drive improvements, motivate the SME group to contribute and see opportunities, as well as identify and document challenges to find solutions.

Responsibilities

-Mapping work processes and tasks the system will be used for
-Leading tasks with SMEs together with NWoW
-Allocating tasks to SMEs, ensuring they actively contribute and not just attend meetings
-Gathering input
-Analyzing and compiling input into a cohesive whole
-Detailing the requirements the processes must meet
-Specifying how EB should be configured to support the processes
-Ensuring that implemented functionality is tested and approved by SMEs

Required expertise

-Experience in LCI and Engineering
-Strong understanding of work processes related to these areas
-Understanding of multi-discipline requirements, data flow and processes
-Proficient in engineering tools
-Familiar with adjacent areas like 3D modeling and digitalization
-Structured and organized
-Motivated and capable of inspiring others
-Innovative and eager to find solutions and try new things
-Quick to learn new concepts
-Outgoing and able to build trust quickly
-Excellent teamwork skills, especially for complex tasks and dependencies
