IKM Valves AS cooperate with Sabre-Dublok and can therefore offer our customers Double Block and Bleed Valves in various sizes and pressure classes.
Sabre Dublok has developed an advantageous design which can be described as follows:
• Lip Seal design - the valves do not contain any o-rings.
• Forged Body and Closure. Forgemasters used are qualified to Norsok M-650
Rev 3 for Material ASTM A182 F51 Duplex to MDS D44.
• 316SS standard levers/handwheels.
• The needle valve design for the bleed application is of Non-rotaing tip design.
• Safety Bleed Plug in Duplex as standard.
• Valve design accepted for Methanol service. methanol test report available
on request. |
